A workshop by Quality Coordinator – Dr. Rupali Jain was taken to specify ‘Where does the time go’? ‘Why are we not able to complete our tasks in a specific time’? The workshop indicated that Time Management helps to organize our daily tasks and reduce stress. Learning effective time management skills help to plan our daily activities and get tasks done in a smarter manner, both at work and at home.
This workshop was a wonderful session to recall and identify our own capabilities and use them in an effective and excellent manner. The workshop was conducted through various activities, demonstrating the impacts of time management on our daily routine.
