Trip  to Qatar National Museum

Students are privileged to have had such a beautiful interactive opportunity leading to learning and discovery for our children.

It was a captivating experience in a well-designed museum with aesthetically pleasing interiors and a solid theme. The children were happy engaging with the various exhibits for significant time period which was a learning opportunity for them. There were lots of ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’ and expressions of awe and wonder. The children also displayed lots of curiosity in engaging with some objects at a deeper level by reading the associated text panels and quizzing the guide.

The young and smart tour guides conveyed the information through an exciting story telling skill in a very effective and useful manner. The documentary film on pearl diving and harvesting was impressive and children were able to relate with the exhibits instantly.

The museum gives voice to the unique story of Qatar from earlier times to the present and the country`s plan in future.

The desert rose structured building was a real inspiration for the students specially those who have artistic imagination.

Students had a really enjoyable trip which was indeed a precious experience to preserve in our memories.
