English Poem Recitation Competition – Class- III- West Bay Campus
Poetry is the art of uniting pleasure with truth
A Recitation is an act of saying something that’s been memorized out loud, or read aloud. As a part of it, the students of class III Pearl School- West Bay campus participated very actively in the Poem Recitation Competition which was held on 23th June 2019. The children came up with a variety of topics for their recitation like The Environment, Daffodils, My Nation, My Mother and The Rain. The preliminary round was conducted in the respective classrooms and four children from each sections were selected for the final round.
The participants showed their confidence, expressions and talent in the activity and enjoyed their performance. It was indeed a great pleasure to see that how our little Pearls presented their beautiful poems.
Reflection/Observation: It enables to develop creativity, self-confidence and builds a foundation for further learning and development.
