Word Reading Competition
“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.”
“Once You Learn to Read, You will Be Forever Free.’’
‘Reading’ which is considered as the foundation for all learning, helps to develop the mind, to improve vocabulary, communication, grammar skills and it ultimately improves the writing skills as well. It is important to start this at a young age and to teach the children the value of reading.
The students of Class-I, Pearl School- West Bay Campus participated in an
Intra-Class ‘Word Reading Competition’ which was held on Thursday, 7th June
Our little champs took part in this competition with confidence and eagerness. Their passion for reading was really remarkable. The way they grasped the words and the way they read those aloud was truly impressive. The motive of this competition was to develop the reading habit in children as reading helps to learn new words and to grow knowledge.
The competition inspired the students with a desire to learn, to build creativity and self-confidence.
