Kaleidoscope – Fancy Dress Competition – Class I
Style is very personal. It has nothing to do with fashion. Fashion is over quickly. Style is forever.
Pearl School organises various extra-curricular activities for all-round development of the children. On October 25, 2018, a Fancy Dress and Competition was held for the children of Class I. Children were dressed in their colourful costumes. They also spoke a few sentences on the character that they depicted. The purpose of competition was to blend learning with fun. The competition proved to be great learning experience for the students and gave them a platform to explore their hidden talents. It enhanced their understanding and respect for the cultural variety in the society. This will help in imbibing sense of sharing and caring and respect for others and thereby improve their interpersonal skills and creativity. Talking about the character they depicted also enhanced their oral communication skills. The efforts and hard work of children were highly commendable.
